Pantone Colour of the Year 2023 – Digital Lavender

Every year the experts at Pantone choose a colour to reflect the zeitgeist, to embody trends in fashion and interiors, to symbolise the times. This year they have selected Digital Lavender, a shade they describe as encapsulating ‘serenity’ and ‘stability’ a perfect representation of the ‘recuperative space’ we yearn for, an escape from the all-pervading digital world.

Fashion is shifting towards a serene palette, an antidote to the confused post-pandemic space, and this shade sits neatly within it.  Cited as having a positive effect on our well-being, Digital Lavender will no doubt feature strongly in the AW fashion world and influence interiors as we move into 2023.
